This is an awesome scavenger for any semi-aggressive community tank. Theydo require a lower light set up, with lots of swimming room to help replicate their wild environment. They are also slightly predatory, so they do best with larger community fish that they can not fit in their mouth. Be careful adding with any small fish, or you may notice them slowly disappear in your tank. Being more predatory, they do best with a meatier, higher protein diet. Although these guys will do alright on their own, they do best with a larger group of 3 or more of their own species.
