BlackGalaxy Pinto Shrimp (Caridina cantonensis) are notorious for their very striking black and white coloration that makes them stand out magnificently against any backdrop or substrate.Though similar to our CrystalBlack Shrimp, these tend to be more uncommon and offer a more broken “galaxy” pattern.

These shrimp are A grade, meaning the intense coloration covers mostof the body. Higher grades of Black Galaxy Pinto Shrimp actually have more white coverage and less black coverage, and can be very difficult to keep as they are much more sensitive than these. Because of this, A gradeBlack Galaxy Pinto Shrimp are the best starting point for anyone that wants to keepBlack Galaxy Pinto Shrimp.
