Marble Queen Radican Sword (Echinodorus cordifolius“Marble Queen”)is a striking plant that stands out in any aquarium. It can grow to over 24 inches (61 cm), so it is an excellent choice for large, tall aquariums, terrariums, and paludariums. It can even thrive in low-tech setups wiith moderate to high lighting and nutrient-rich substrate!

Care for Marble Queen Radican Sword is relatively simple. This plant will benefit from CO2 supplementation, but it does not require it. While it will thrive in high lighting, it is also very durable and can do very wellunder moderate lighting. It requires nutrient-rich substrate for its extensive root structure. It produces very large leaves, so it must be planted with care to not cast too much shade on other plants as it grows. It will grow out of the water if it is not pruned. Marble Queen Radican Sword reproduces through rhizome division as well as by the production of side shoots, which can be removed and replanted. It is very intolerant of copper, so please keep this in mind if you use tap water in your aquarium.
